In 1972 he retired from his Cabinet Making business and Biemel's Cabinet Hardware was founded. Grass Hardware received rapid recognition from the West Australian market and under his management Biemel's built on this solid foundation into a Cabinet Hardware supplier of quality fittings.

In 1984, Michael's Son, Erwin Biemel became Managing Director and expanded into Cabinet Doors, Adhesives, Handles and many other quality hardware products.

As a Qualified Architect , Erwin bought another Dimension to Biemel's reputation of distinction by ensuring that their Customers get the best possible advice on the use of these High Tech Quality Products

Today Biemel's Cabinet Hardware in partnership with its suppliers retains its reputation as a supplier of distinction.
